Product Introduction

Thin-film epoxy floor coating is a primer-and-topcoat system intended for sound, level concrete exposed mainly to pedestrian use and light wheeled traffic. The low-build resin penetrates and seals the prepared surface, reducing concrete dust and creating a uniform colored finish without the material consumption of a self-leveling screed. It is well suited to clean support rooms and circulation areas where the slab is already flat and heavy impact, deep chemical exposure or crack accommodation are not primary requirements.

Key Features

The roller-applied system seals concrete dust at a lower installed build than a poured resin screed.

A pigmented film increases light reflectance and makes dirt or spills easier to identify during inspection.

Multiple thin coats provide more even coverage and fewer holidays than one overloaded roller pass.

Localized recoating can refresh traffic lanes after cleaning and mechanical surface preparation.

Customer Product Concerns

Light-duty rooms need dust control and washability, but a thick industrial screed may add unnecessary cost and downtime.

Bare concrete releases fine dust into adjacent controlled spaces.A penetrating primer and epoxy finish bind the surface and close exposed cement paste.
Dark or stained slabs make routine housekeeping inspection difficult.A uniform light-colored coating improves visibility of residue, leaks and wear.
A thick self-leveling floor is unnecessary in a pedestrian-only room. The 0.15–0.40 mm coating provides practical protection with lower resin consumption.
Roller marks and patchy gloss make a small clean area look unfinished.Controlled coverage, cross-rolling and a second finish coat produce more consistent color and sheen.
