Product Introduction

The Pure Steam Generator uses plant steam or an electric heater to boil treated feed water in a hygienic heat exchanger. Natural circulation carries the two-phase flow into a tall evaporator/decontamination column, where low vapor velocity and vertical separation limit liquid carryover before pure steam leaves the top outlet. Feed-water level and product-steam pressure are regulated as demand changes.
