Product Introduction

The ozone sanitization system combines oxygen preparation, corona-discharge ozone generation, controlled gas dosing, water-side mixing and residual monitoring. Ozone is produced at the point of use and transferred through a stainless contact path to sanitize storage and distribution equipment without leaving a persistent chemical residue.

Key Features

On-site corona-discharge ozone generator

Oxygen feed preparation

Stainless injector and static mixing loop

Contact vessel

Dissolved ozone monitoring

Off-gas connection

Flow or residual-based output control

Integrated HMI and safety interlocks

Customer Product Concerns

Stable ozone sanitization requires controlled gas production, efficient dissolution, adequate contact time and verified removal before sensitive points of use.

Ozone transfer into water is inconsistentUse a sized injector and static mixing section matched to water flow and backpressure.
Residual concentration is unknownMeasure dissolved ozone continuously and modulate generator output from the selected setpoint.
Undissolved ozone accumulates in equipmentProvide a defined off-gas path and compatible ozone destructor where required.
Residual ozone reaches downstream processesCoordinate sanitization timing and apply a suitable UV ozone-destruction step before use.
