Product Introduction

Microfiber Cleanroom Wipes combine fine polyester and polyamide filaments in a split-fiber structure that increases contact area with the surface. The dense fabric captures fine particles and oily films while distributing cleaning solution more evenly than many conventional nonwoven wipes. A pale-blue color provides practical contrast against light-colored residue without introducing printed markings or loose colored fibers.

Customer Product Concerns

Fine contamination can remain after a visually clean surface has been wiped. Operators also need a fabric that removes films without scratching delicate finishes or releasing excess solvent.

Conventional wipes may push small particles rather than retain them.Use split microfiber to increase particle-capture area and capillary action.
Coarse fabric can mark polished or optical surfaces.Specify a dense soft face with no abrasive mesh or exposed hard component.
Uneven liquid release can leave streaks and wet patches.Match fabric weight and sorbency to the solution volume used in the procedure.
Thick fabric may trap residual chemistry if it is not folded and changed correctly.Provide suitable sheet size and folding guidance so fresh wiping faces are exposed in sequence.
