Product Introduction

This ceiling system combines multiple fan-filter or terminal HEPA sections within a sealed support grid. Blank panels, lighting modules and service penetrations are integrated without opening uncontrolled gaps in the airflow field. Adjustable grid suspension maintains a flat lower plane across larger process equipment, while the modular arrangement allows filter sections to match the required footprint. It is typically used where one standalone hood cannot cover the full aseptic operation.

Key Features

Repeating filter modules create a scalable airflow footprint above long or wide equipment.

Sealed blank panels close areas not occupied by filters, lights or service penetrations.

A common support grid keeps adjacent diffuser faces aligned at one level.

Room-side replaceable modules can reduce access work in the technical ceiling void.

Integrated pressure ports support section-by-section filter condition checks.

Customer Product Concerns

Large process footprints require a continuous clean-air field without misaligned modules, open ceiling joints or unserviceable filters.

Separate hoods leave uncontrolled gaps over a long line.A connected modular grid extends one coordinated airflow field across the selected footprint.
Filter modules sit at different heights after installation.Adjustable suspension points level the complete lower diffuser plane.
Lights and services interrupt filter coverage.Sealed compatible lighting and penetration modules fit within the same grid.
Technical-ceiling access is restricted above equipment.Room-side service filter frames can be selected where overhead access is unavailable.
