Product Introduction

The fixed doorway blow-off portal is a permanent doorless open frame around a personnel opening, not a closed booth or a tall enclosed filtration tower. Compact side casings contain the air equipment and nozzle manifolds, while an overhead bridge ties the two posts together. Presence sensing can activate the blow-off airflow as personnel cross the open portal, providing a practical dust-removal point where a full airlock is not required.

Key Features

A permanently anchored open frame keeps the doorway clear of doors and a deep chamber.

Side-mounted blow-off nozzles direct air across the passing person.

An overhead bridge aligns the two portal posts and protects routed wiring.

Lower inlet sections collect part of the disturbed dust close to footwear level.

Presence sensing can reduce operation when the passage is unoccupied.

Customer Product Concerns

A fixed open portal must fit a shallow doorway while delivering useful airflow and retaining a stable structural connection to the surrounding partition.

The site does not have depth for a two-door chamber.Blow-off components are packaged in slim side casings around the existing opening.
Fast-moving personnel receive very brief airflow exposure.A closely spaced nozzle array can cover the crossing zone while presence sensing activates the system.
Two independent posts can lose alignment over time.A rigid overhead bridge and fixed anchors tie both posts into one portal frame.
A full enclosed unit would obstruct a busy passage. The doorless format preserves an open high-speed walking route.
