Product Introduction

EPS Insulated Cleanroom Panels use molded expanded-polystyrene blocks bonded between profiled galvanized steel skins. The low-density core keeps panels light and delivers useful thermal separation for general indoor controlled areas. Smooth outer facings create the cleanable surface, while shaped joints align modules and reduce open gaps. EPS is best used where severe heat exposure, aggressive wash-down and high structural loading are not governing requirements. With protected edges and suitable reinforcement around openings, it provides a cost-efficient enclosure for many dry manufacturing and support spaces.

Correct use depends on protecting the foam, controlling heat exposure, reinforcing fixtures and keeping water out of panel edges.

EPS can be damaged when an exposed edge is struck or abraded.Metal closure profiles protect every perimeter and service opening from direct impact.
A lightweight core does not safely carry heavy wall-mounted equipment by itself.Solid inserts or independent supports transfer concentrated loads away from the foam.
High-temperature areas can exceed the suitable service range of EPS.EPS panels are assigned to ordinary dry interiors while mineral or PIR cores serve higher-risk zones.
Poor joint sealing allows moisture to enter and reduces thermal consistency.Continuous gaskets or sealant close the tongue-and-groove interface along its full length.
