Product Introduction

The dust extraction workstation concentrates capture at a perforated rear wall rather than enclosing a full booth. Powder released close to the stainless worktop is drawn horizontally away from the operator and through a staged filter compartment below or behind the bench. A raised rear lip, side screens and recessed utility panel keep the handling area organized. The compact format suits lower-volume tasks whose material risk and capture requirement are compatible with a ventilated workbench.

Key Features

A perforated rear wall captures dust close to open containers and tools.

Side screens reduce cross-drafts without enclosing the operator.

A raised worktop edge helps keep loose granules within the cleaning area.

Front-access prefilters simplify routine service in tight laboratory layouts.

A removable stainless tray exposes the lower spill collection surface.

Customer Product Concerns

A compact capture bench must draw dust from the active point without pulling light samples, balance pans or paperwork into the return wall.

A full walk-in booth is too large for occasional small tasks. The rear-draft bench concentrates extraction at one defined work surface.
Strong suction disturbs lightweight samples.A broad perforated wall distributes capture velocity over a larger area.
Powder rolls off a flat open worktop.Raised rear and side edges retain granules within the cleaning zone.
The filter compartment is blocked by fixed casework.Front-access doors allow prefilter service without rear clearance.
