Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Squeeze Bottle is a soft-sided cylindrical dispenser designed to deliver a controlled liquid stream when the body is compressed. Its polypropylene screw closure incorporates a bent nozzle, and the internal draw tube reaches toward the bottle base. The compact assembly contains no separate trigger mechanism and can be operated easily with gloved hands.

Customer Product Concerns

Squeeze-bottle performance depends on an unobstructed nozzle, an airtight closure and a correctly seated draw tube. Aggressive liquids or excessive tip cutting can change flow and containment.

A loose closure can draw air and interrupt the stream.Tighten the threaded closure evenly and inspect the neck seal.

A blocked or damaged nozzle can cause unpredictable discharge.Keep the tip capped or protected and replace damaged closures.

The draw tube may lift away from the lowest part of the bottle.Specify the tube length for the selected bottle capacity.

Refilled bottles may retain incompatible residue.Dedicate each bottle to one solution or use a validated cleaning cycle.

Typical Applications

For precision rinsing, wetting cleanroom wipes, adding high-purity water, applying compatible solvents and dispensing laboratory working solutions in controlled areas.
