Product Introduction

Cleanroom rubber sheet flooring is produced from a homogeneous vulcanized rubber compound with stable color pigments and a dense, smooth wear surface. The elastic body reduces footfall noise and feels less rigid under prolonged standing than hard mineral finishes. Because the surface does not depend on a wax or field-applied coating, routine care can focus on soil removal rather than periodic stripping and resealing. Sheets may be installed with accurately cut butt joints or sealed with a compatible welding method where the room cleaning plan requires closed seams.

Key Features

The homogeneous rubber compound provides consistent material through the full 2 mm thickness.

A dense nonporous surface is cleaned without a sacrificial wax, polish or permanent site-applied seal.

Rubber resilience reduces impact sound and improves standing comfort in occupied laboratory and care areas.

Smooth or low-reflection surfaces are available to balance cleanability, glare control and slip resistance.

Customer Product Concerns

Occupied controlled areas often need a cleanable resilient surface without the coating maintenance and hard footfall of many conventional floors.

Frequent stripping and rewaxing disrupts laboratory access and introduces additional chemicals. The dense vulcanized rubber surface is maintained without a sacrificial wax or seal coat.
Hard flooring increases footfall noise and fatigue where staff stand for long periods. The resilient rubber body cushions steps and reduces transmitted walking noise.
Highly reflective floors create glare beneath strong task and cleanroom lighting.A matte or reflection-breaking surface controls sheen while retaining a closed finish.
Open butt seams are unsuitable for rooms using frequent wet disinfection.Compatible seam sealing and coved edge details can be included where the hygiene plan requires them.
