Product Introduction

The PLC cabinet concentrates power distribution, controller hardware, isolated I/O and communication modules for cleanroom plant equipment. Control routines execute locally for fans, dampers, valves, pumps, terminal units and room-pressure sequences even when a supervisory workstation is unavailable. Hardwired permissives and emergency contacts remain separate from ordinary software commands. Modular terminals and labeled wiring ducts provide service access without disturbing adjacent control circuits.

Key Features

Scan-based control executes repeatable HVAC sequences independently of the supervisory computer.

Modular digital, analog and network I/O accommodates both conventional and intelligent field devices.

Dedicated interlock circuits protect fans, heaters and pressure-critical equipment states.

Separated power and signal wiring reduces electrical noise in low-level sensor channels.

Customer Product Concerns

Cleanroom PLC hardware must combine dependable real-time logic with wiring clarity and maintainable separation between control and power circuits.

Loss of the operator workstation stops environmental control. The PLC retains all local sequences, setpoints and interlocks without supervisory dependence.
Mixed high-voltage and sensor wiring introduces unstable readings.Partitioned wiring ducts, shield terminals and isolated analog modules separate signal classes.
Expansion requires replacing the complete control panel.Spare rail space and modular remote I/O allow additional cleanroom points to be added.
Troubleshooting is slowed by unidentified field wiring.Numbered terminals, ferrules and device labels correspond directly with controller I/O schedules.
