Cleanroom Lighting and Electrical Equipment
Cleanroom PA Speaker
A flush ceiling or wall loudspeaker with a smooth protected face for announcements, alarms and production paging.
- Flush Cleanable Speaker Face
- Sealed Protective Back Can
- Wide Speech Coverage
- Line Transformer Option
Product Introduction
The cleanroom PA speaker mounts into a ceiling or wall panel with a gasketed flange and sealed rear can. A flat perforated stainless grille, acoustically transparent membrane or protected microperforated face distributes sound without exposing the cone and terminals. Transformer taps support distributed 70/100 V lines, while a low-impedance version serves local intercom or paging zones.
Key Features
A sealed back can protects the driver from plenum dust and condensation.
Wide dispersion reduces loud and quiet spots between adjacent speakers.
Transformer taps match output level to the paging zone design.
A perimeter gasket closes the speaker flange to the ceiling panel.
Customer Product Concerns
A speaker must release sound efficiently while its cone, wiring and ceiling cutout remain protected from the controlled room.
An open speaker cone collects dust and cleaning mist.A protected acoustic face and sealed rear can isolate the driver.
Narrow dispersion leaves announcements unclear between devices.A wide-coverage driver distributes speech more evenly over the zone.
A ceiling cutout leaks around the speaker frame. The overlapping flange compresses a continuous panel gasket.
Different zones require different sound levels on one line.Selectable transformer taps set local speaker power without separate amplifiers.
