Product Introduction

The cleanroom linear drain uses a continuously welded 304 or 316L stainless channel to collect wash water along an extended floor edge. A controlled internal fall directs liquid toward one or more outlets, while sectional removable grates expose the radiused channel for cleaning. Edge and flange profiles can be matched to resin, vinyl or tiled floor systems without leaving unnecessary exposed joints.

Key Features

A built-in longitudinal fall reduces ponding along extended runs.

Sectional removable grates provide access to the complete channel interior.

Radiused stainless surfaces limit sharp internal residue traps.

Outlet quantity and position can be arranged around room drainage routes.

Customer Product Concerns

Long wet boundaries require consistent floor collection without standing water, inaccessible channel sections or weak joints between drain modules.

A level channel can leave water standing at the end of a long wash-down run.A fabricated internal fall directs flow toward the selected outlet positions.
Fixed covers prevent complete inspection of long drain interiors.Lift-out sectional grates expose the full radiused channel for cleaning.
Numerous field joints can create leakage and residue-retention points.Factory-welded sections minimize joints, with flanged connections reserved for transport-length modules.
Floor finishes need different edge and waterproofing details.Resin, vinyl and tile flange profiles are available for the intended floor build-up.
