Cleanroom Lighting and Electrical Equipment
Cleanroom Intercom System
A networked hands-free communication system using flush sealed stations that remain operable through cleanroom gloves.
- Sealed Membrane Stations
- Hands-Free Full-Duplex Audio
- PoE or Two-Wire Network
- Remote Function Monitoring
Product Introduction
The cleanroom intercom links wall stations in controlled rooms to operator desks, airlocks and external support areas. Each room station uses a closed membrane front over the microphone, loudspeaker and large function keys. Voice processing controls echo and background noise, while PoE, SIP or dedicated two-wire interfaces carry calls without an exposed handset inside the clean zone.
Key Features
Hands-free operation avoids handling a shared handset through gloves.
Noise and echo processing improves speech around fans and production equipment.
Programmable keys place direct calls to defined external stations.
Line and station monitoring can report communication faults centrally.
Customer Product Concerns
Sealed rooms isolate personnel acoustically, but ordinary telephones and perforated speakers add difficult-to-clean touch surfaces.
Operators remove gloves to use a small telephone keypad.Large membrane keys and hands-free calling remain practical through cleanroom gloves.
Fan noise makes speech difficult to understand.Automatic gain, echo control and noise processing improve intelligibility.
Open speaker grilles trap residue inside the wall device.Audio passes through a sealed printed membrane rather than exposed perforations.
A failed station remains unnoticed until an urgent call.Central supervision monitors device and connection availability.
