Product Introduction

The cleanroom HEPA terminal housing is the pressure-containing enclosure behind a final ceiling filter. Its welded stainless-steel or coated-steel shell includes the duct inlet, filter seal surface, clamping mechanism and service test ports but allows the diffuser face and filter type to be selected separately. A smooth interior avoids exposed acoustic material and makes the upstream chamber accessible for cleaning when the filter is removed. The housing can serve supply or extract terminals and can be integrated into modular, walkable or gypsum ceilings with a matching perimeter frame.

Key Features

Continuously welded seams eliminate folded casing joints that could become untreated-air bypass paths.

Adjustable room-side clamps distribute loading around gasket-seal or gel-seal filter frames.

Separate aerosol injection, upstream sampling and pressure ports support repeatable filter checks.

Multiple ceiling frames allow the same housing concept to fit T-grid, panel or hard-ceiling construction.

Customer Product Concerns

The housing must protect the final-filter seal from duct pressure, ceiling movement and repeated filter changes while retaining a clean internal air path.

Folded casing seams leak upstream air around the filter.A continuously welded shell creates one pressure-tight path from the duct inlet to the seal seat.
Uneven clamps distort the filter frame and compress one side of the gasket more than another.Distributed adjustable retainers apply balanced room-side loading around the filter perimeter.
Testing hoses and instruments cannot connect without removing the diffuser.Accessible capped ports separate aerosol, sample and pressure functions at the terminal face.
A housing flange leaves ledges around a hard cleanroom ceiling.Flush perimeter frame variants close neatly to T-grid, sandwich-panel or sealed gypsum ceilings.
