Cleanroom Garment Sterilizing Cabinet
- Shielded 253.7 nm UV-C lamps
- Door-activated lamp safety interlock
- Separate garment and footwear zones
- Adjustable cycle timer and status lights
Product Introduction
The cleanroom garment sterilizing cabinet encloses hanging apparel and footwear inside an opaque Type 304L stainless chamber during a timed UV-C exposure cycle. Two guarded 253.7 nm lamp assemblies are positioned beside the hanging zone, while a perforated divider separates the lower footwear compartment without blocking reflected light. A door safety switch disconnects the lamps as either door opens. The flush blue control panel provides timer setting, cycle start, lamp status and an amber in-process indicator without placing exposed controls inside the treatment chamber. The cabinet interior uses polished stainless reflectors, a removable perforated shoe tray and a full-width hanger rail.
Key Features
A hardwired door switch interrupts lamp power before an operator can access the treatment chamber.
The perforated lower divider keeps footwear separate while allowing light to reach the removable shoe tray.
The exterior timer, cycle switch and colored status indicators give operators a clear control point outside the opaque enclosure.
Customer Product Concerns
UV-C garment treatment needs an enclosed, interlocked chamber that organizes clothing while controlling operator exposure and shadowed surfaces.
