Product Introduction

This fog generator converts DI, ultrapure or WFI water into a dense visible mist without combustion residue. A cleanable stainless reservoir, ultrasonic transducer array and variable output blower provide controllable fog density and discharge velocity. The flexible hose and interchangeable outlet wand direct fog beneath HEPA filters, around process equipment and across doorways for recorded airflow studies.

Key Features

Water-only ultrasonic generation avoids oil-based smoke residue.

Adjustable fog density and outlet velocity protect delicate flow patterns.

Electropolished stainless housing and reservoir simplify cleaning.

Flexible hose positions the outlet away from the generator body.

Quick drain and level indication support controlled water handling.

Compact wheeled format moves easily through controlled areas.

Customer Product Concerns

Airflow visualization requires a dense visible tracer that follows the actual air path without adding residue or momentum that could misrepresent the pattern.

Conventional smoke can leave residue in a controlled environment.Ultrasonic generation uses only suitable high-purity water to create the visible mist.
High discharge velocity can distort the airflow being observed.Independent density and outlet controls allow a gentle fog stream matched to the study.
The generator body cannot always be placed at the observation point.A flexible hose and outlet wand deliver fog beneath filters and around equipment.
Water-contact surfaces must be emptied and cleaned between studies.A drainable stainless reservoir and accessible level path support controlled drying and cleaning.
