Product Introduction

The chemical anchor uses a dual-chamber cartridge to keep resin and hardener separate until extrusion through a static mixer. The blended compound fills the cleaned drilled hole and bonds around a zinc-plated or stainless threaded rod, transferring load through the embedment without an expansion wedge. This makes it useful for cleanroom ceiling hangers, frames and service supports where edge distance, substrate condition or fixing layout favors a bonded connection.

Key Features

A dual-chamber cartridge meters resin and hardener through a replaceable static mixer.

Bonded anchorage transfers force along the embedment rather than creating concentrated expansion pressure.

Threaded-rod diameter and embedment can be selected for the substrate and support detail.

Cartridge dispensing allows controlled filling of horizontal, vertical or overhead drilled holes with the appropriate formulation.

Customer Product Concerns

Cleanroom support hardware often needs a durable threaded fixing where expansion force, irregular holes or limited edge distance complicate mechanical anchoring.

Expansion anchors can introduce high radial stress near a concrete edge.Bonded resin develops adhesion along the embedment without relying on a driven expansion wedge.
Dust left in the drilled hole weakens adhesive contact.Specified blow-brush-blow cleaning prepares the hole before controlled resin injection.
Unmixed resin creates soft zones around the threaded rod.The static mixer combines both cartridge components; the initial discharge is discarded until the color is uniform.
Incorrect embedment wastes resin or reduces anchorage capacity.Hole diameter, depth, rod size and resin volume are matched to the fixing design and substrate.
