Product Introduction

The vertical clean bench places its fan-filter section above the work zone so filtered air moves from the ceiling diffuser toward the perforated or open work area. This arrangement keeps the cabinet depth compact and allows larger instruments to sit near the rear wall without blocking a rear filter face. The inner liner and work tray are formed from cleanable stainless steel, while a clear front sash helps limit room-air disturbance. It is intended for non-hazardous assembly, preparation and inspection work that requires product protection rather than personnel containment.

Key Features

A full-width ceiling diffuser spreads filtered air over the complete work surface.

The top-mounted fan-filter section preserves usable rear-wall space for instruments and fixtures.

A removable stainless work tray exposes the lower collection area for cleaning.

The adjustable front sash reduces cross-drafts while retaining comfortable hand access.

A differential-pressure indicator makes filter loading visible during routine operation.

Customer Product Concerns

A vertical bench must maintain clean downward airflow without allowing tall equipment, room drafts or service work to compromise the protected zone.

Tall instruments create stagnant pockets beneath a small supply grille.A full-width ceiling diffuser distributes air around equipment footprints from above.
Room movement disturbs the open working face. The lowered clear sash and side panels shield the downflow while preserving access.
Spills collect beneath a fixed work surface.Lift-out stainless work sections provide direct cleaning access to the lower pan.
Operators cannot see gradual filter loading.A visible pressure gauge or electronic alarm indicates increasing resistance.
