Product Introduction

The system combines a stainless water reservoir, submerged ultrasonic transducers and a regulated carrier-air path to generate dense water-only fog without combustion or oil residue. Separate output and delivery controls help technicians match fog volume and exit velocity to the airflow under observation. A flexible sanitary hose carries mist from the mobile base to interchangeable study outlets.

Key Features

DI, ultrapure or WFI water provides a clean tracer medium.

Ultrasonic atomization produces a dense visible mist without heating fuel.

Independent fog-volume and carrier-air adjustment supports delicate flow studies.

Stainless water-contact surfaces facilitate draining and routine cleaning.

Flexible hose separates the generator from the actual observation point.

Mobile enclosure protects the reservoir and controls during facility work.

Customer Product Concerns

A dependable airflow study requires visible, repeatable fog that can follow low-velocity cleanroom patterns without introducing oily residue or an uncontrolled high-energy jet.

Tracer residue can complicate cleaning after a visualization study. The ultrasonic system atomizes suitable high-purity water without oil-based smoke fluid.
Excessive discharge velocity can distort low-speed cleanroom airflow.Separate fog-density and carrier-air controls allow a gentler delivery setting.
A water system can retain moisture between study sessions.Accessible stainless water-contact surfaces and a dedicated drain support controlled emptying and drying.
The generator cannot always stand beside the camera view.A flexible delivery hose positions only the compact outlet within the test area.
