Product Introduction

The terminal HEPA filter packages a shallow mini-pleat media pack in a cleanroom-compatible anodized-aluminum frame sized for ceiling modules, fan filter units and laminar-flow diffusers. The downstream face is kept flat and protected so air can enter the occupied clean zone uniformly after the terminal screen or diffuser. A full perimeter seal interfaces with the terminal housing, and the low profile preserves plenum height above the ceiling grid. Optional scan-test and pressure-drop arrangements support routine in-place assessment without disturbing the upstream ductwork.

Key Features

A shallow ceiling-module format minimizes the plenum depth required above clean spaces.

Uniform mini-pleat spacing supports even discharge across a perforated face or diffuser screen.

Anodized-aluminum perimeter framing withstands repeated room-side cleaning and filter replacement.

Selectable sealing edges match common room-side replaceable and top-loading terminal housings.

Customer Product Concerns

Terminal filtration must provide a final leak-resistant barrier without creating uneven supply patterns or consuming excessive ceiling plenum space.

A full-depth HEPA cell conflicts with ducts and utilities above a low ceiling. The shallow mini-pleat panel preserves clearance within crowded service plenums.
Nonuniform filter resistance creates visible high-velocity spots at the diffuser face.Consistent pleat spacing and full perimeter potting distribute flow across the complete terminal area.
Filter replacement from above interrupts utilities and exposes the plenum.A compatible room-side retaining arrangement allows the panel to be removed from the clean space.
Ceiling-grid movement compromises the seal around the final filter.A rigid aluminum frame and purpose-selected gasket, gel channel or knife edge maintain a defined sealing interface.
