Product Introduction

This Sticky Mat provides a simple floor-level barrier at gowning rooms, airlocks and controlled-area entrances. Each thin polyethylene sheet carries a uniform water-based acrylic adhesive that lifts loose dust from shoe soles, boot covers, casters and cart wheels. When the exposed surface becomes loaded, the operator removes one numbered layer to reveal a fresh tacky sheet without moving the base mat.

Customer Product Concerns

Entrance contamination control must balance particle pickup, safe passage and predictable maintenance. The mat should remain flat, release footwear cleanly and allow a soiled layer to be removed without spreading captured debris.

Excessive tack may pull at boot covers or create an uncomfortable step.Select medium or high tack according to footwear, wheel load and operating procedure.

Weak edge adhesion can allow the mat to curl under cart traffic.Apply the mat to a clean, dry floor or use a compatible rigid mat frame.

Staff may replace the entire mat before all usable layers are consumed.Use clearly numbered peel tabs to identify the active sheet and remaining stock.

Removing a dirty sheet may transfer captured particles to the floor.Peel the loaded layer slowly toward the center and dispose of it immediately in the designated waste stream.

Used at cleanroom and laboratory entrances, gowning-room transition points, airlocks, packaging areas, electronics assembly zones and cart-transfer routes where footwear and wheel-borne particles must be reduced.
