Product Introduction

The stainless steel shoe rack organizes forty pairs of clean footwear in a shallow open-wire frame measuring approximately 356 mm deep. Eleven horizontal wire shelves create ten storage rows, and stainless divider rods with formed tabs split each row into four equal compartments. The 165 mm vertical pitch accommodates common cleanroom shoes while keeping every pair visible from the front or back. Electropolished Type 304 posts and shelf wires expose minimal horizontal area to room airflow. Threaded leveling bolts stabilize the tall 914 mm-wide rack without closing the floor zone beneath it.

Key Features

Forty fixed compartments give each footwear pair a repeatable location without using enclosed bins or doors.

A shallow 356 mm depth and access from both faces allow the rack to serve a gowning-room boundary without blocking the aisle.

Open wire shelves, rods and tabs support footwear while leaving room air and cleaning spray paths unobstructed.

Removing selected divider rods or shelf levels creates taller positions for clean boots while retaining the same four-post frame.

Customer Product Concerns

High-volume gowning areas need individually visible footwear positions without enclosed cubbies that obstruct airflow or trap debris.

Shoes stored in open piles become mixed and consume valuable gowning-room floor space.Ten rows divided into four positions provide forty consistent pair locations in a narrow vertical footprint.
Closed cubbies conceal debris and restrict air movement around damp footwear.Electropolished wire shelves and rod dividers keep the storage volume open from both sides.
Single-sided racks create congestion when personnel enter and exit through adjacent gowning zones. The shallow frame is accessible from the front and back so pairs can be reached from either aisle.
Uniform low compartments cannot accommodate occasional clean boots.Selected divider rods or shelf levels can be omitted to form taller locations within the modular post structure.
