Product Introduction

Stainless steel cleanroom floor plates form a hard-wearing surface where a conventional resin or vinyl finish may be vulnerable to repeated water exposure, concentrated wheel loads or mechanical impact. Each plate is cut from 304 or 316L stainless steel and can be supplied with a rounded-dot or checker pattern. Rounded projections improve shoe contact while leaving fewer tight recesses than a sharp diamond pattern. Plates are fitted over a sound supporting floor, aligned around equipment bases and drains, and joined with sealed or welded seams to create a robust installation that remains accessible to routine cleaning.
