Positive-Pressure Aseptic Isolator
- Positive Product-Protection Pressure
- Unidirectional First Air
- Closed Glove Manipulation
- Aseptic Transfer Interfaces
Product Introduction
The positive-pressure aseptic isolator maintains the process chamber above the surrounding room pressure so leakage direction is outward after filtration. A ceiling HEPA supply creates unidirectional air over critical operations, and glove ports provide manipulation without opening the chamber. Materials move through bio-decontamination hatches, rapid transfer ports or compatible sterile connections. The design focuses on sterile product protection and is not used as a negative-pressure hazardous-material barrier unless specifically engineered for that combined risk.
Key Features
A full chamber diffuser delivers first air over open sterile product locations.
Glove access keeps operators physically separated from the aseptic zone.
Closed transfer interfaces protect supplies during ingress and finished items during egress.
Pressure-hold and glove-test connections support barrier integrity management.
Customer Product Concerns
Product protection depends on positive pressure, clean transfer and unobstructed first air remaining coordinated throughout operation.
Typical Applications
