Nuclear-Grade HEPA Filter
- Heavy-Duty Metal Frame
- Water-Resistant Microglass
- Reinforced Separator Pack
- High-Integrity Perimeter Seal
Product Introduction
The nuclear-grade HEPA filter is built as a robust critical-air component rather than a lightweight commercial panel. Water-resistant borosilicate microfibre media is folded around corrugated aluminium separators or formed as a reinforced separatorless pack, then bonded into a galvanized-steel or stainless-steel frame. Protective screens, rigid corners and a continuous elastomer gasket support handling in confinement, radiological and critical industrial exhaust systems. Construction details, material traceability and individual performance documentation can be aligned with the user's available project documentation without inventing report numbers on the public page.
Key Features
Water-resistant borosilicate microfibre media provides a stable filtration matrix for critical air-cleaning duty.
Corrugated aluminium separators maintain deep flow channels and protect pleat spacing under differential pressure.
Continuous potting and a durable closed-cell gasket form a defined pack-to-frame and frame-to-housing seal path.
Customer Product Concerns
Critical confinement systems require filters that remain mechanically stable and seal consistently during demanding operation and controlled maintenance.
Typical Applications
