Product Introduction

The Magnehelic differential pressure gauge converts a low pressure difference into pointer movement through a diaphragm and magnetic linkage. The mechanism isolates the process air from the dial train and provides a clear zero-centered or positive scale. With no electrical power required, the gauge remains useful as an independent local indication beside electronic control or monitoring instruments. Front zero adjustment, high and low ports and flush-mount hardware support straightforward installation on cleanroom walls and filter housings.

Key Features

Mechanical indication remains visible during controller, network or power interruptions.

A large white dial and black pointer allow quick condition checks at normal viewing distance.

Diaphragm and magnetic linkage separate the pressure chamber from the pointer mechanism.

Front zero adjustment permits routine correction without opening the instrument body.

Customer Product Concerns

A local mechanical gauge is most valuable when it stays readable, stable near zero and independent of the main control system.

A power or network interruption removes the only room pressure indication. The mechanical dial continues to show differential pressure without external power.
Small scale markings make low pressure changes hard to judge.A broad circular scale spreads the selected pressure range over a large pointer arc.
Tubing direction is confused during wall installation.Clearly marked high and low ports establish the positive reference side.
The pointer no longer rests at zero after long service.A front-access zero screw permits correction with both ports at equal pressure.
