Product Introduction

The low-resistance HEPA filter is built around a closely controlled mini-pleat pack with precisely spaced hot-melt beads. Greater effective media area and uniform channel depth reduce local velocity peaks that add pressure loss. The pack is sealed into an anodized-aluminium frame with polyurethane and protected by a lightweight expanded-metal faceguard. Gasket, gel and knife-edge versions fit common terminal housings, fan filter units and low-energy air-handling systems where stable HEPA performance must be achieved with a limited fan-pressure budget.

Key Features

Optimized pleat height and spacing increase usable media area without restricting the discharge face.

Even hot-melt separators reduce turbulent flow and prevent pleat crowding at operating pressure.

A slim anodized-aluminium frame limits weight while maintaining cleanroom-compatible surfaces.

Multiple perimeter-seal formats allow the same low-resistance media concept to fit ceiling or AHU housings.

Customer Product Concerns

A cleanroom may meet particle targets yet consume unnecessary energy if the final filter imposes avoidable resistance throughout its service life.

Existing FFU motors run near maximum speed to overcome the terminal filter. The expanded mini-pleat area lowers media velocity and preserves more usable fan-pressure reserve.
Uneven pleat spacing produces early loading in isolated sections of the filter.Consistent separator placement distributes airflow and particulate capture across the whole face.
A bulky deep filter will not fit the available ceiling plenum. The shallow aluminium-frame panel provides HEPA filtration in common 69–90 mm terminal depths.
Reducing pressure drop must not create a fragile media pack.Faceguards, continuous edge potting and controlled pleat geometry support the pack during handling and operation.
