Product Introduction

The ionizing cleanroom air shower is an enclosed personnel chamber with an entry door, a clean-side door and a controlled air cycle. Ion bars or ionising nozzles are located in the downstream air path so balanced ions and filtered air reach the operator together. The enclosed arrangement supports a repeatable cleaning sequence while reducing electrostatic attraction that can hold light particles on garments and carried items.

Key Features

Balanced ionisation is integrated with the filtered cleaning airflow inside a closed chamber.

Interlocked entry and exit doors support a controlled personnel sequence.

Multi-level directional nozzles can target sleeves, torso and lower garments.

Bonded conductive trim and hardware provide a common grounding path for exposed metalwork.

Accessible ioniser modules and status indication support routine inspection.

Customer Product Concerns

Charged garments can retain fine dust, so static neutralisation and mechanical particle removal need to work together within a controlled entry cycle.

Fine dust clings to charged coveralls despite ordinary air cleaning.Balanced ionised airflow reduces electrostatic attraction before the directional jets carry loosened particles to the returns.
An open doorway gives no defined cleaning dwell time. The enclosed two-door chamber uses a timed air-shower cycle before the clean-side door releases.
Ion emitters lose effectiveness when their tips become contaminated.Accessible emitter locations and visible operating status support inspection and cleaning.
Separate metal parts can have an inconsistent ground path.Bonding connections link conductive panels, nozzle assemblies and door hardware to a common grounding point.
