Product Introduction

The Insulated High-Speed Roll-Up Door combines a laterally stable flexible panel with a closed-cell foam core, vapor-resistant skins and full-height side seals. Integrated thermal breaks reduce direct conduction through the frame, while rapid travel limits warm-air and moisture exchange. The curtain remains vertically flexible so it can roll around the header drum and release under impact. This configuration is suited to conditioned production rooms, cold preparation zones and material routes where a single thin PVC curtain would provide insufficient thermal separation.

Key Features

Closed-cell foam insulation reduces heat transfer without creating a rigid sectional door stack.

Moisture-resistant outer skins protect the core from condensation and repeated cleaning.

Thermally separated side columns interrupt conductive paths around the opening perimeter.

Fast opening limits infiltration before the insulated curtain reseals the doorway.

Break-away bottom construction reduces repair time after accidental vehicle contact.

Customer Product Concerns

A thin curtain permits rapid heat gain and condensation near the opening. The laminated closed-cell foam layer adds thermal resistance while preserving roll-up operation.
Frame conduction creates cold bridges and frost around side columns.Integrated thermal breaks and separated guide components reduce direct conductive paths.
Moisture can migrate into absorbent insulation and degrade performance.Closed-cell foam and sealed non-porous skins resist vapor penetration during normal service.
Rigid insulated doors open too slowly for frequent material movement.A lightweight flexible insulated panel cycles rapidly and clears the full opening vertically.
