Product Introduction

The high-capacity HEPA filter uses a deep accordion-folded glass-microfibre pack separated by corrugated aluminium foils. The separators preserve open flow channels through the full filter depth and allow a greater media quantity than a shallow cleanroom panel. The pack is bonded continuously into a galvanized-steel or stainless-steel frame with polyurethane sealant. This construction suits central air handlers and containment housings where particulate loading, robust handling and long replacement intervals are more important than an ultra-shallow profile.

Key Features

A deep accordion pack provides substantial media area for applications with sustained particulate loading.

Corrugated aluminium separators keep adjacent pleats apart and guide air evenly through the filter depth.

A metal box frame protects the deep pack during lifting, housing insertion and clamping.

Continuous polyurethane potting prevents untreated air from tracking between the media pack and frame.

Customer Product Concerns

Final filters in central systems must tolerate heavier dust loading and repeated handling without losing their air seal or media geometry.

A shallow filter reaches its pressure limit too quickly in a central air handler. The deep media pack spreads captured particles over a larger area and extends the loading path.
Closely packed pleats touch and block airflow after extended operation.Corrugated aluminium separators maintain consistent channels from the upstream to downstream face.
A lightweight frame twists when maintenance staff remove a loaded filter. The rigid metal box and faceguards protect the pack during transport and change-out.
Air bypass occurs where the media pack meets the frame.Full-depth potting seals the pack edge and anchors it against differential-pressure movement.
