Product Introduction

The high-airflow medium-efficiency filter combines a deep extended-surface media pack with rigid galvanized or aluminized-steel cell sides, protective faceguards and structural support straps. Corrugated separators or stabilized pleat spacers maintain open channels through the full depth of the pack as face velocity rises. A high-loft microglass or synthetic medium stores particles through its depth, while the rigid header resists the pulsation and turbulence found in large air handlers and process-air inlets. This construction emphasizes mechanical stability and airflow capacity rather than minimum cabinet depth.
