Product Introduction

The gasket-seal HEPA filter uses a flat closed-cell neoprene, EPDM or polyurethane gasket bonded to the upstream or downstream flange of an anodized-aluminum, galvanized or wood cell. Retaining clips or a clamping mechanism compress the gasket uniformly against the housing's flat sealing face. The mini-pleat or separator-style HEPA pack is potted independently into the cell, while dovetailed or continuously poured gasket corners prevent leakage at the perimeter joints. This familiar dry-seal arrangement suits built-up banks and terminal frames with accessible, flat mating surfaces.
