Product Introduction

The junction box sits inside the cleanroom wall panel and presents only a flat stainless access cover to the room. A continuous gasket seals the cover to the recessed frame and countersunk captive screws distribute compression around the edge. Internal DIN rail, terminals and cable glands organize branch wiring while remaining outside the primary cleaning surface.

Key Features

The cover aligns closely with the wall plane and eliminates a projecting enclosure.

Captive screws remain attached during electrical access.

A continuous seal prevents the wall cavity from opening into the room.

Internal earth studs and terminal rail provide an organized bonding point.

Rear and side gland plates route cables without field-cut openings in the face.

Customer Product Concerns

Electrical splices require future access, but a removable panel can compromise wall integrity if its cover and cable routes are not sealed.

A surface junction box creates a large top ledge. The enclosure recesses fully behind a flush access plate.
Loose cover screws fall into the controlled room.Captive countersunk fasteners remain retained in the plate.
Unsealed cable holes connect the room to the wall cavity.Matched glands close each conductor route inside the back box.
Mixed splices make troubleshooting slow and error prone.Labeled DIN terminals and earth studs organize each circuit.
