Product Introduction

Fine-gauge nylon or polyester yarn is blended with conductive filament to distribute charge across each glove. Polyurethane fingertip coating improves controlled pickup without covering the breathable back. Adjustable bands and coiled leads provide the operator grounding interface where the site procedure requires a direct corded path.

Key Features

Seamless knit limits pressure points during precision work.

Conductive filament runs through the glove structure.

Thin polyurethane fingertips preserve tactile response.

Elastic cuffs maintain a close, stable fit.

Detachable wrist bands and cords are individually replaceable.

Light gray fabric makes visible contamination easier to identify.

Customer Product Concerns

Hand protection must balance electrostatic behavior, skin contact, grip, cleanliness and the tactile control required for small parts.

Ordinary gloves can generate charge during movement.Conductive filament dissipates charge through the glove structure.
Smooth knit slips on miniature components.Thin polyurethane coating adds grip at the working fingertips.
Heavy coatings reduce touch sensitivity.Fingertip-only coverage leaves most of the glove flexible and breathable.
A loose cuff interrupts consistent contact.Elastic cuffs and adjustable wrist bands maintain close fit.
Worn or contaminated gloves are reused without verification.Replaceable pairs and periodic resistance checks support controlled maintenance.

Typical Applications

Printed circuit board assembly.Semiconductor component inspection.Precision optics and sensor handling.Electronics repair and rework.Static-sensitive packing operations.
