Product Introduction

The dry-room dehumidification system is sized around the room envelope, personnel traffic, process exhaust and material transfer rather than a single equipment outlet. It combines filtered return-air recirculation, a low-dew-point desiccant section, outdoor-air treatment, cooling and final temperature reset. Supply and return dew-point sensors feed a central controller that preserves stable room conditions while airlocks and exhaust points introduce changing moisture loads.

Key Features

A high recirculation ratio repeatedly captures moisture released by personnel, products and door openings before it accumulates in the room.

Separate make-up and return-air paths let the controller treat humid infiltration more aggressively than already dry recirculated air.

Multiple fan and coil sections can be arranged for service continuity without stopping the entire dry-room airflow.

Return-air dew-point measurement represents the room moisture condition and prevents misleading control from an unusually dry supply sample.

Customer Product Concerns

A dry room behaves as a complete moisture-control envelope, so equipment selection must address people, openings, exhaust and surface leakage together.

The supply air reaches its target but the occupied room dew point rises near doors and workstations.High-volume recirculation and distributed supply-return placement sweep local moisture back to the central drying system.
Process exhaust removes conditioned air and pulls humid building air through the envelope.Metered ultra-dry make-up air offsets exhaust while room-pressure control limits uncontrolled infiltration.
A planned filter or fan service event threatens to stop moisture-sensitive production.Parallel fans, isolated filter banks and sectional dampers allow selected components to be maintained while the remaining path operates.
Extremely dry supply air carries excess sensible heat from rotor regeneration and fan power.Dedicated aftercooling and staged chilled-water control remove process heat without adding moisture back to the airstream.
