This compressed air particle counter combines an optical airborne particle counter with a passivated stainless-steel high-pressure diffuser. The diffuser reduces line pressure to near atmospheric conditions while maintaining a controlled sample flow to the counter, protecting the optical system and avoiding flow-related counting errors. Gas-specific volume correction and isokinetic-style sampling options support meaningful cleanliness assessment for clean dry air, nitrogen and compatible inert gases.
