Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Vacuum Bag uses a biaxially oriented nylon barrier layer laminated to a clean polyethylene contact and seal layer. Compared with monolayer PE, the structure improves puncture resistance and reduces gas transmission, helping a qualified seal retain vacuum during storage. Its clear film supports visual inspection while controlled manufacture and double packaging aid clean transfer.

Customer Product Concerns

Vacuum packaging can fail when sharp parts puncture film, seal areas wrinkle or gas permeates a low-barrier monolayer. Cleanliness and package-opening method also matter for sensitive components.

Component corners may puncture the evacuated film.Use a nylon-reinforced gauge and protective corner caps where needed.
Contamination or folds can create heat-seal channels.Keep the seal zone flat, dry and free of product contact.
Incorrect sealer settings may weaken or distort the laminate.Qualify sealing temperature, pressure and dwell for the exact laminate.
Cutting open a tight package can damage the enclosed part.Add a controlled tear notch outside the sealed product area.
