Product Introduction

Cleanroom Utility Interface Panels consolidate point-of-use services into one smooth wall or ceiling station. A polished 316L stainless steel plate carries sanitary liquid and gas outlets alongside power, data, vacuum, communication or instrument connections, reducing scattered penetrations through the room envelope. The panel can be flush-mounted in modular walls, integrated into a service column or arranged as a ceiling interface. Internal pipework and conduits remain in the technical zone so most maintenance can occur without bringing tools and components into the process area.

Key Features

One coordinated plate reduces the number of separate service penetrations through the cleanroom wall.

Polished 316L stainless steel provides a corrosion-resistant and readily wiped process-side interface.

Beveled or radiused exposed edges avoid sharp ledges around the flush wall opening.

Rear service routing keeps valves, pipework and electrical components outside the primary production space.

Mixed connection layouts support liquid, gas, vacuum, power, data and instrumentation at one location.

Customer Product Concerns

A utility interface must control numerous wall penetrations, keep incompatible services clearly separated and remain cleanable around every outlet.

Scattered utility outlets multiply difficult-to-seal penetrations across the cleanroom wall.A single framed interface plate groups connections within one controlled perimeter seal.
Maintenance inside the production room introduces tools and opened components into the clean area.Rear-access pipework, conduits and valves remain serviceable from the technical side of the wall.
Poor outlet labeling creates a risk of connecting equipment to the wrong service.Engraved labels, color coding and physically separated connector groups make each utility identifiable.
Crevices around individual fittings trap cleaning residue.Sanitary bulkhead fittings and a smooth polished plate close each penetration with a wipeable interface.
