Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Label combines a moisture-resistant synthetic face stock with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive selected for clean removal from suitable smooth surfaces. A printable matte coating accepts thermal-transfer text, lot codes and barcodes without relying on fibrous paper stock. Labels are wound on a plastic core and can be double bagged to simplify material transfer into controlled production areas.

Key Features

Opaque polypropylene film resists routine moisture and handling

Removable acrylic adhesive supports relabeling without persistent residue

Clear PET release liner minimizes paper-fiber introduction

Matte white face provides contrast for barcodes and small characters

Roll format works with compatible thermal-transfer printers and dispensers

Customer Product Concerns

Ordinary paper labels can shed fibers, absorb moisture or leave adhesive residue on containers and equipment. Cleanroom identification also depends on print contrast and label retention throughout the intended handling interval.

Fibrous face stock may introduce particles during peeling and application.Use a synthetic polypropylene face and PET liner supplied in clean packaging.
Excessive adhesion can leave residue on reusable bins or smooth equipment panels.Select removable acrylic adhesive and verify dwell time on the actual substrate.
Poor ribbon compatibility can produce unreadable barcodes or smudged lot data.Qualify the printer, ribbon and print-energy setting as one labeling system.
A label selected for a flat surface may lift when applied to a tight-radius vial.Match label dimensions and adhesive grade to container diameter and surface energy.

Typical Applications

Designed for lot identification, work-in-process bins, sample containers, equipment status, material-transfer bags, component trays, laboratory vessels and temporary barcode tracking in controlled areas.
