Product Introduction

The cleanroom exhaust air grille is built for locations where the visible extract terminal must tolerate frequent disinfection and capture fibres before they enter the duct. A smooth 304 stainless-steel face protects a removable expanded-metal or woven-wire separator that traps lint without using disposable fibrous media at room level. Quarter-turn retainers release the front panel for cleaning, and the recessed mounting sleeve connects the grille directly to the exhaust branch. Rounded edges and flush fasteners reduce snagging around low-level wall installations.

Key Features

A non-porous stainless front panel withstands routine disinfectant wipe-down and repeated handling.

The reusable metal-mesh separator captures textile lint before it deposits in the exhaust duct.

Room-side retainers allow both grille and separator to be removed without entering the service void.

A shallow recessed sleeve keeps the visible face close to the cleanroom wall plane.

Customer Product Concerns

Hygienic exhaust terminals face lint loading, repeated chemical cleaning and restricted access at low wall level.

Garment fibres accumulate inside an inaccessible exhaust branch.A removable stainless mesh separator intercepts lint at the room boundary before it reaches the duct.
Paint chips or degrades under repeated hospital disinfectants. The visible panel uses corrosion-resistant stainless steel without a vulnerable decorative coating.
Sharp grille edges damage cleaning cloths and protective garments.Folded radiused edges and flush retainers leave a smooth perimeter around the opening.
Maintenance staff cannot reach the rear separator from the corridor side. The face and mesh pack both withdraw directly into the clean room for controlled cleaning.
