Product Introduction

The cleanroom ceiling air diffuser distributes supply air after central or terminal filtration without introducing exposed fibres or difficult-to-clean recesses at room level. A formed steel face directs air radially in two, three or four horizontal directions, promoting mixing above the occupied zone. The core panel releases from below for wipe-down and access to an optional opposed-blade damper or balancing plenum. A perimeter gasket closes the diffuser frame to the ceiling, and the rear spigot uses a flexible or gasketed connection to limit leakage in the pressure branch.

Key Features

A formed face creates a stable horizontal ceiling jet without visible adjustable plastic nozzles.

The smooth removable center section can be cleaned separately and returned to its indexed position.

A concealed perimeter gasket closes the frame against the clean ceiling surface.

Two-, three- and four-way cores adapt the throw pattern around walls, corridors and process equipment.

Customer Product Concerns

A general cleanroom diffuser must spread conditioned air without leaving exposed dirt traps or directing an excessive jet onto work positions.

A concentrated vertical jet creates draughts at benches below the outlet.A radial core turns supply air along the ceiling and reduces occupied-zone velocity through induction.
Ceiling dust collects behind fixed diffuser blades that cannot be removed. The detachable face exposes both surfaces for routine wipe-down without removing the frame.
Air leaks around the ceiling cutout instead of entering the room through the face.A perimeter seal and gasketed plenum connection keep the supply path inside the terminal assembly.
A four-way pattern washes contaminants from an adjacent wall or doorway.Directional core variants block the unwanted quadrant while retaining coverage of the intended room area.
