Centrifugal Cleanroom Exhaust-Air Fan Unit
- Stable Negative-Pressure Exhaust
- Sealed Service Cabinet
- Backward-Curved Centrifugal Wheel
- Isolated Inline Installation
Product Introduction
The cleanroom exhaust-air fan unit encloses a centrifugal wheel, motor, isolation base and pressure connections in a gasketed steel cabinet. Its backward-curved impeller develops the static pressure needed for terminal filters, control dampers and long duct routes while keeping the motor accessible from the side. A direct-drive EC or belt-drive arrangement can be selected to match airflow range, service policy and discharge temperature.
Key Features
Gasketed access panels limit uncontrolled air leakage that would otherwise reduce extraction at the room terminal.
An isolated motor and wheel assembly prevents rotating vibration from entering the exhaust duct and building structure.
Pressure taps and speed control allow the fan to maintain duct suction as filters or dampers change resistance.
Customer Product Concerns
Containment exhaust must maintain reliable suction through changing filter resistance without leaking contaminated air into the technical space.
Typical Applications
Technical Parameters
