Zentrifugal Reinraum Abgas-Luftventilator Einheit

A sealed inline cabinet fan that uses a backward-curved centrifugal wheel to maintain exhaust flow and negative pressure for controlled cleanroom processes.
  • Stable Negative-Pressure Exhaust
  • Sealed Service Cabinet
  • Backward-Curved Centrifugal Wheel
  • Isolated Inline Installation

Produkteinführung

The cleanroom exhaust-air fan unit encloses a centrifugal wheel, motor, isolation base and pressure connections in a gasketed steel cabinet. Its backward-curved impeller develops the static pressure needed for terminal filters, control dampers and long duct routes while keeping the motor accessible from the side. A direct-drive EC or belt-drive arrangement can be selected to match airflow range, service policy and discharge temperature.

Key Features

A backward-curved wheel provides a non-overloading power characteristic across common cleanroom exhaust duties.

Gasketed access panels limit uncontrolled air leakage that would otherwise reduce extraction at the room terminal.

An isolated motor and wheel assembly prevents rotating vibration from entering the exhaust duct and building structure.

Pressure taps and speed control allow the fan to maintain duct suction as filters or dampers change resistance.

Kunden Produktbedenken

Containment exhaust must maintain reliable suction through changing filter resistance without leaking contaminated air into the technical space.

Exhaust flow falls as a terminal filter loads, weakening the room pressure cascade.A duct-pressure controller increases fan speed within the available motor and wheel operating envelope.
A poorly sealed cabinet draws plantroom air into the duct and masks low capture at the room inlet.Continuous panel gaskets and sealed cable penetrations keep measured fan flow representative of actual room extraction.
Deposits on the wheel cannot be inspected without removing connected ductwork.A full-height side door exposes the wheel, inlet cone and motor while the inlet and discharge collars remain connected.
Fan vibration creates nuisance noise and can loosen nearby duct joints.Internal isolation mounts and external flexible connectors decouple the rotating assembly from the casing and duct.
