Product Introduction

This automatic door controller is the replaceable electronic command module inside an overhead pedestrian sliding-door operator. A single FR-4 circuit board carries the processor, two motor-switching relays, power-conditioning capacitor, two-position setup switch and two-digit service display beneath a light-smoke transparent cover. Two 10-way screw-terminal strips organize activation, safety, lock and accessory conductors, while separate keyed connectors distinguish the power and motor/encoder interfaces. The four-hole black mounting base fixes the module inside the operator header without presenting a user keypad or access-control reader at the doorway.

Customer Product Concerns

A replacement controller must match the existing motor feedback, supply architecture, connector pinout, sensor logic and door configuration; physical resemblance alone does not establish electrical compatibility.

A controller with incompatible motor or encoder signals can drive erratically, lose position information or refuse its learning cycle.The keyed motor/encoder interface is selected against the original drive module's voltage, conductor functions and feedback format before connection.
Misplaced activation, safety or lock conductors can create unsafe sequencing even when the control board powers up normally.The two 10-way terminal groups separate field functions and are wired from the matching operator diagram rather than from terminal color alone.
Service staff may replace the board when a sensor, lock, motor or carriage fault is actually preventing door movement.The local two-digit indication is read together with input status and mechanical checks so the failed subsystem is isolated before replacement.
An exposed PCB can be damaged by dropped tools, conductive debris or accidental contact during header maintenance.The shallow transparent cover remains closed in normal service and opens only when direct terminal or component access is required.
