Product Introduction

The anti-vibration table supports microscopes, optical measuring systems and other sensitive instruments on one continuous high-mass granite slab. Four pneumatic isolators separate the stone from the welded stainless base while maintaining a stable working height. A compact manifold equalizes the air modules, and mechanical stops limit lateral movement during loading. The open round-tube frame remains accessible for cleaning and allows the table to be positioned around instrument cables without enclosed cavities.

Key Features

A continuous high-mass granite slab provides one stable reference plane for the complete instrument footprint.

Pneumatic isolation modules decouple short floor disturbances from the stone without placing compliant pads directly under the instrument.

A welded stainless base resists frame racking while keeping horizontal surfaces and dirt traps to a minimum.

Separate frame levelers establish the table position before the pneumatic modules are charged and balanced.

Customer Product Concerns

High-magnification and small-displacement measurements become unstable when floor motion or frame deflection reaches the instrument.

Several instrument components sit on different small isolation pads and move relative to one another. One continuous granite surface keeps the complete optical or measurement setup on the same isolated plane.
Footsteps and nearby equipment introduce short vibration bursts into a rigid bench.Four pneumatic modules interrupt the direct transmission path between floor, frame and stone.
A flexible base twists when a heavy instrument is positioned off centre. The welded round-tube base and distributed isolator layout support asymmetric instrument footprints without a cabinet body.
Isolation performance deteriorates when the table itself is not level.Threaded frame feet provide coarse leveling before the air modules are balanced.
