The seamless epoxy cove base extends a resin floor upward with a hand-trowelled mortar composed of epoxy binder and graded aggregate. Its vertical-grade consistency holds the required height and radius without slumping while it cures. A keyed chase or non-corroding cap strip defines the upper termination, and the finished cove can receive a compatible resin seal coat to match the floor. The same material can be formed around equipment pads, kerbs and columns where a square internal corner would obstruct cleaning.
