This hood combines a light tubular frame, fan-filter module and clear side enclosure on cleanroom-compatible casters. The open lower frame can straddle a fixed workbench or small machine, allowing the filtered zone to be brought to the process rather than moving the process itself. Locking casters and leveling pads stabilize the unit during use. The hood is intended for temporary non-hazardous product protection and is connected to facility power at its operating position.
