Product Introduction

The wall-mounted cleanroom air purifier uses a shallow powder-coated cabinet with a lower return-air grille, EC fan and sealed HEPA filter above the intake. Filtered air leaves through the upper discharge louvre and mixes along the wall and ceiling instead of blowing directly across a workbench. A hinged or removable front panel permits filter access from the room side, and a reinforced bracket transfers cabinet weight to the supporting wall. The purifier supplements local recirculation and does not replace the make-up air needed to control room pressure.

Key Features

A shallow wall cabinet preserves valuable cleanroom floor and aisle space.

Lower return and upper discharge create a room-scale circulation path without a freestanding tower.

Front-access filter cassettes can be serviced without removing the wall bracket.

Variable EC operation supports quiet continuous air polishing near occupied work areas.

Customer Product Concerns

Small controlled rooms may need supplemental HEPA recirculation but have no clear floor position for a mobile or freestanding purifier.

A floor purifier narrows the aisle and interferes with carts or cleaning equipment. The shallow wall-mounted cabinet keeps the floor and traffic path unobstructed.
Direct horizontal discharge disturbs papers or creates draughts at nearby workstations. The upper louvre directs filtered air along the wall-ceiling zone for gentler mixing.
Removing the complete purifier for a filter change damages wall finishes and services.Front-access cassettes allow the filters to be changed while the bracket and cabinet stay mounted.
A hidden blocked intake raises noise and reduces room-air circulation. The visible lower prefilter can be inspected and serviced before the final filter becomes overloaded.
