Product Introduction

This single-glazed observation window provides direct sightlines through an internal cleanroom wall without the deeper cavity of an insulated unit. The pane is retained in a rigid subframe with continuous glazing seals, and the exposed frame edges are kept smooth for routine wiping. Its shallow build suits low-thermal-load interior partitions, equipment observation points and retrofit openings where pressure separation is moderate and a simple fixed pane is preferred.

Key Features

One safety-glass pane keeps the assembly shallow and reduces concealed surfaces inside the frame.

Continuous glazing tape or structural silicone closes the glass-to-frame perimeter against air and particle leakage.

A narrow anodized or powder-coated frame preserves a wide clear viewing area in compact wall openings.

Factory-cut glass and finished edges provide a stable fixed pane without exposed clips on the clean side.

Customer Product Concerns

A single-pane window must remain cleanable and mechanically secure while avoiding the ledges and exposed retainers found on general-purpose glazing.

Surface-mounted glazing beads create narrow ledges that retain cleaning residue. The pane sits within a purpose-built cleanroom frame with smooth sealed reveals and no loose exposed clips.
A thin pane can rattle when doors close or room pressure changes.Continuous resilient glazing seals support the pane on all sides and maintain controlled compression.
A bulky double-glazed frame consumes valuable clear opening in a small partition. The single-pane construction uses a shallower perimeter profile and leaves more usable sight area.
